Equipment: Exercise Mats + Light Dumbbells + Benches or Step Ups + BOSU Balls
Determine the number of positions at each station by taking your class size divided by number of stations. Example: 20 people ÷ 4 stations = 5 positions *round up to account for your growing class*.
BOOTCAMP WORKOUT TRAILER
This one is all about speed and variety. In Phase 3’s Speed Demon Circuit we do a total of 32 different exercises!!! This is that type of workout that keeps clients on their toes, engaged, excited, and coming back for more each class.
We kick-off the workout with our standard warm-up, then get right into some fast-paced, adrenaline inducing on-spot exercises in Phase 2’s Supersonic Drill. Phase 3, is the main event – the Speed Demon Circuit! We have 4 different rounds with 4 different stations with 4 different cardio blasters in-between rotations of the circuit. Whoa!!! It will be no problem keeping the energy high in the room with this one…
