Small Space + Advanced + Full Body + Cardio + Partner + Dumbbells
Light to Medium Dumbbells (8-15lbs.), Exercise Mats (recommended, but not required) *if you do not have exercise mats you can use pylons to mark the workout area for Phase 1,2, and 3.
BOOTCAMP WORKOUT TRAILER (going live April 17)
All you need for this workout is 15-25 feet of space. This is hard! I love training in a small space and my clients get scared when I say we are sticking to just a small section of my gym. Never feel limited because your indoor location is not huge – you can do anything in the space you have, just be creative!
This is my go-to small space workout because it targets the entire body and gives even my most advanced crew a 10/10 workout.
