BOOTCAMP WORKOUT TRAILER

Workout Description:

This is the prison cell workout! When your clients get out of this prison their fitness will definitely be reformed. For this entire hour your clients will be incarcerated into their 10ftX10ft prison cell and put through combo’s designed to tone their entire body. No worries if you’re in a small space or have a big class this can be modified to a 5X5 space.

In phase 2 we complete 200 reps of core exercises – whoa! For Phase 3, we have 6 different rounds of combo’s that include cardio, light weight, and heavy weight exercises. The combinations in this workout are perfect and will leave your clients feeling very satisfied!
