BOOTCAMP WORKOUT TRAILER
This is my full body on-spot Tabata workout. This no-nonsense workout will give your crew an unforgetable workout experience and can be done absolutely anywhere with no equipment. You may have also noticed this workout can be up to 66 minutes – a potential extra 6 minutes…whats that?! That 6 minutes is an optional “finisher” phase you can toss in if your looking to take this 10/10 difficulty workout to a 12/10! Will your crew be up to it?
This workout is full body with phases specifically designed to target legs, core, upper body, and cardio training. Your crew will be waking up the next morning feeling this one everywhere and thinking of your training for the next few days. Have fun with this one and remember, use with caution, this workout is no joke!
