Determine the number of heavy and light dumbbells you need in Phase 3 by dividing the number in your class by the 2 lines. (Example: 20 clients / 2 Lines = 10 heavy dumbbells at Line 1 and 10 light dumbbells at Line 2.) Each client will need 1 light dumbbell in Phase 4 – If you have 10 sets of light dumbbells, each client can take 1.

Workout Description:
Indoor + Partner + Weights + Full Body + Abs + Core + Cardio + All-Levels
Welcome to the Highway to Hell! Buckle up, this one will take you on the ride of your life. We put the pedal to the metal right from the start.
In Phase 2, we did some partner classics. I love partner drills, it creates a fun, “friendly competitive” environment, and always works to build camaraderie between your clients. Though, as fun as the partner exercises are, they are hard, they are challenging, and they build anticipation for what’s ahead. In Phase 3 we took a turn onto the Highway to Hell. I set up 2 lines, 1 with heavy weights, 1 with light weights. Clients swerved back and forth between lines getting through a variety of cardio exercises and fun partner drills. The combinations and timing of the exercises in this phase gave the perfect pairing. To finish this trip off, we worked our abs/core. This will go down as one of my all-time favourites, hope you enjoy it!

BOOT CAMP TRAINING GUIDES INCLUDE:
- BLUEPRINTS: Detailed instructions and step-by-step breakdown of the boot camp workout.

EXERCISE GLOSSARY: It’s funny how we have different names for the same exercises in different parts of the world. To avoid any confusion i’ve included a link to the Glossary of Exercises on the AXFIT youtube channel. Though, I recommend just watching the full uncut video.
-
FULL WORKOUT VIDEO: The full video essentially brings you along with me during every second of the workout. I decided to make this full-workout video to give you a first person experience of being in my AXFIT class and take all the guess work out of understanding and using this workout blueprint.
