Workout Description:

Outdoor + Indoor + Partner + Hill + All-Levels + Full Body + Abs/Core + Cardio

This workout can be done on any terrain – do this on a hill, on a beach, indoors, outdoors, with a lot of space, or with very little space, whatever! This is a pure AXFIT Training Style Workout. We start off with a kick-ass warm-up focusing on warming up the core, the main focus of phase 2. Next, we get into fast paced 10×10 drill focused of raising heart rates and burning their core…my clients loved this one. The first 2 phases set the tone for the main event —- THE GRUELLING GAUNTLET! —- Whoa, this one is insanely good. The Gauntlet is a race style phase, where clients go head-to-head through the gauntlet of exercises. The gauntlet includes 9 stages for clients to get through and focuses on giving a full-body gruelling workout! We finish off with some fun partner ab exercises to wrap this up as one of my favourite workouts!
