BOOTCAMP WORKOUT TRAILER

Workout Description:

Indoor + No Equipment  + Upper Body + Strength + Abs/Core + Cardio + All-Levels

This workout takes upper body strength conditioning to a new level. This workout is different from anything we have done in a long time. When my clients see we are not using equipment in the workout, they know to brace themselves for a tough one!

We do so many pushups, more than we have ever done in a class before. Each phase has a cardio component to break up the tough upper body exercises. This workout is not only physically challenging, but mentally as well. It is fun to train, because it is so challenging as a trainer to push and motivate our clients. Just when everyone thinks they can’t do anymore they look to you for that extra inspiration, motivation, and and words of encouragement.

Recycle this workout over and over by switching up the exercises and focusing on any other body part you want…core, legs, or cardio exercises can easily be interchanged with the push-ups to make this your go-to workout.
