BOOTCAMP WORKOUT TRAILER

Workout Description:

Welcome to the AXFIT AMRAP Fit-Test! When running a group fitness class / bootcamp its not always ideal to take up an entire class with a Fit-Test and you can often have lots of dead-time. In my experience it’s been my crews least favourite of classes and honestly, kind of boring for me to run. This workout solves that problem! I’ve built this AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible) Fit-Test right into the workout seamlessly and it’s the perfect workout/fit-test balance.

Phase 1 + 2 are unique with the SQUARED-UP TABATA & On-Caller SWITCH-UP drills. I am very proud of this unique fit-test workout and am sure you will love it too. Talking to my crew a few days after this class they had amazing feedback and said they are pumped to go hard in the new year and improve on their scores.
