BOOTCAMP WORKOUT TRAILER
Alright everyone, this is it…an entire workout dedicated to everyone’s favourite…ABS + CORE!!! I don’t know about you, but my clients love training their abs and core and visualizing their ABS OF STEEL! Finally, we are giving them what they want…and they might regret it 😉 If you have been following AXFIT for a while now, you know we are all about building your clients results from the core out. If your core is strong results build outwards. In this workout i’ve included a variety of exercises and combos that will target the core including some amazing cardio drill combos.
