It’s ALL about the Shoulders! Advanced Shoulder Workout

 

Hey Axfit Junkies! Today, let’s focus on the shoulders…IT’S ALL ABOUT THE SHOULDERS. Having strong shoulders will help prevent injury and improve your performance on many other exercises we do in class and in the videos. The great thing about training your shoulders is that you DO NOT NEED heavy weight and there are a lot of different exercises we can do without leaving our homes or yard.

My all time favorite push-up is the SHOULDER PUSH-UP. Do A LOT of these. Listen to my explanation in the video on how to do the proper shoulder push-up and get the most results out of each rep.

Enjoy this workout and the pointers I give. I want to see you all excited to be doing shoulder push-ups in class and really pushing for that extra rep. Feel the burn and you will see results.
