‘How Low Can You Go’ ..
So today I just wanted to to say “You all have to get lower“.. way lower!! From today on I want every single one of you to get that squat lower… another inch or two, let’s go Junkies don’t come all the way out to your workout and only go half way. You came out for a reason right? I say this in class all the time.. but you really do come out to hit your goals.. so focus on them and every single rep of every single set… push to your limits. I know it burns and I know its tough.. your heart rates going and that butts on fire but GET LOWER!! haha. Don’t Wish for that perfect butt.. work for that perfect butt!!! 😀
Now if you have bed knees well then you know what you got to do.. but for all the rest of you it’s time to kick it up a level. We do not hit plateaus in Adrenaline… I don’t even know what the word means. I am watching you next class and if its not low you will make the group do a hill run!

It’s at 5:30, It’s right on the E.C row about 5-10 mins past manning rd. on the right side. Just as you pass the Puce sign we are in a park with a hill next to the fire hall. I got a killer workout planned.. it’s worth the drive I would say. how about this.. if its your first class ever out in Puce I will give you the class for free.. come see what we do in this location.
