HIPS, BUTTS,THIGHS.. OH MY!!!

This video rocks the butt and thighs.

I love training my legs, it’s my favourite workout and I hit them up about 2 times a week with heavy weights at the gym and then do this style of training about 2 times a week as well.  Make sure to warm your legs up before you train them.. go for a run or bike , skip whatever.. its very easy to pull a muscle if you just jump into it.  Check out the workout here and kick it up with me or the breakdown of it is below!!

Workout Breakdown: 

30 seconds on 10 seconds off:

  • Skaters
  • Wide speed squats
  • left-side hold
  • right-side hold
  • cross-over lunges (alternate, keep feet straight)
  • Basketballers
  • left leg kick backs
  • right leg kick backs
  • left leg lunges (push back hard)
  • left leg lunge pulses
  • right leg lunges
  • right leg lunge pulses
  • 3 in 1 power squats (wide, reg,close)
  • Bridge drills  (l leg raises x15 each) -> alternating toe touches
  • Hip raises on your side  (use weight if you have one)
  • inner raises and outer

Great work guys.. your legs should feel great after that.. make sure to have good form and focus on the muscles your using.  😀
