Full Circle – #FitWeek Challenge

This weeks Challenge is one of my favourites and I think the easiest but maybe for some of you it could be the hardest!

All you have to do is tell 3 different people throughout your whole day why your thankful for them in your life, or let them know something that your proud of about them. Is this a “Fit Challenge” you may be wondering?, well yes I think it is.  When you put positive into the world and to others it all comes back to you in so many ways.   These positive effects will make you happier, when your happier you will feel proud, confident and train harder.  Telling someone just a few nice words can change their WHOLE day, which could change their whole life.  We never really know whats going on in someones life or what pains they are working through so let’s build each other up and not only get fit with our bodies but with our minds too!
