Core – 20/10’s FAST to SLOW Ab Drills
Ok so this core workout is dynamite, it’s from last summer but I LOVE IT!!! It goes from 20 fast moving ab drills to 10 of the same drill but super slow, you will feel a burn quick and love the results! I did it this morning and feel strong and powerful, ready to hit the gym. Try it out with me, it’s under 8 mins so you definitely have time to squeeze this quick core crushing workout it into your day!!!

20 reps fast -> 10 reps super slooooow.
- V-SIT TWIST
- V-SIT UPS
- BUTT LIFTS
- CRUNCHES
- SCISSORS (lean back)
- LEFT SIDE RAISES (small)
- RIGHT SIDE RAISES
- FULL BODY ROLLS
- LEG RAISES
- BICYCLE (elbow to knee)
There it is Junkies.. now you can add in any other ab movements that you want here.. in the same format or finish with some plank drills and hit up some cardio!!
