Hey everyone, I hope you are having a great day and I am excited to share our first workout video of CK. So I am putting him through the drills today and it rocks. I think this is a great way for me to also train you guys at home.. You can follow along what I am having him do and hear me train you. . He did a great job and he felt great all night after doing it. It’s only 10 mins and you will break a sweat.. get that metabolism going and feel confident and proud. So follow along… get up off that chair and have a great workout with us. Who cares what time of day it is… you have to get your workout in. These are super fast and efficient and anyone I know who is doing these at home is really having results and feeling great.

Workout Breakdown:
– Cardio blast for 10 mins, 20-45 sec. intervals with your movements. NO BREAKS!
- Jog on spot
- Sprinters tuck/power jump interval 45 sec. — x10 tucks
- Shuffle touches
- Squats
- Jumping jacks
- Burpies with pushup
- Jog it out
- 1 leg squat to 1 leg shoulder pushup
- Skaters (wide)
- Jog it out
- Pushups x 20 (hold the last one)
- Mt. Climbers
- Lunges (alternate )
- lunge holds with pulse and leans then power to finish
- Jog it out
- footballers
- ladder
- Sprint to finish
Ok guys.. so kill this workout.. every thing you got.. get high, get low… fast and great form. Remember it’s 10 mins. so you can giver hard you can rest after!!!
