Advent Calendar Dec 10
December 10th – upper body today!!
So grab a chair, stool, bench or go on a stairwell and I want as many Dips as you can do in 2 minutes. ย I did 82 dips in this two minute challenge, count yours as we go here and post up how many you did in the comments on Facebook. ย My arms feel great right now, I am so happy I did it!!
Remember to keep good form, head and back straight and bend right at the elbow with elbows going back behind you.
Alright get up and do it!!!
