Spider Training Drill
I just wanted to share with you all a quick video to show you how easy it can be to get outside of your box and change things up with your training. This drill can be done against a fence, wall or even up and down stairwells, just stay alert of your moves so you don’t smash your face.
For trainers this should only be done with your advanced clients, you can add to this drill by changing up the drill you do on the land, maybe sprints to a pylon then back to spider – up the fence. Even adding in some burpees or power squats, the combinations are endless.
