4 x 4 High Intensity Training [VIDEO]
I would say that these 4×4 drills that we do in this workout video today are an awesome way to burn calories and get your heart rate going real fast!! This video is 10 mins long and trust me you will be all sweat after your done and feeling the burn all over. The point is to pump out as many sets as you can in the given time, but always keeping proper form. If you have to modify drills go right ahead.. everyone can do these workouts!

- Under drives / Power jumps
- Power lunges / Punches (punch form the core.. really feel it)
- Jumping Jacks / Tucks
- Ladder / 4.point hops
- Power squat / Mt. climbers
- Plank Suicides / Pushups
- Bicycle abs / Supermans
- 4.point twist / Shoulder pushups
- Plank punches / plank drops
- Butt lifts / Crunches
Thats the breakdown and it’s real good. Try it 2-3 times through if you can.
