I've put a tone of work into myself this past year

I've put a tone of work into myself this past year. I decided to put "me" first and not to feel guilty about it. I did one thing everyday for 10-15 minutes that really helped rewire my brain to crave that happy, peaceful chemical reaction. This right here is my frequency. It's where I feel my ultimate best self. I feel like I can breath, I feel free and nothing fogs my thoughts...I have no worries in here...I feel so alive. The forest is my love. Today on my podcast I'm talking about finding your frequency in your surroundings and in your people. Who and where do you feel at home? Ok so I just got home from 3 days in the forest al

Ok so I just got home from 3 days in the forest alone. I escaped everything and everyone and took time for just me and I didn't even feel guilty about it!!! A tiny house in the woods, two hours north with no power... and it was f'n awesome! 🏕❤ I needed it and it actually gave me enough balls to start my podcast!! My girls started JK today and I have no idea where

My girls started JK today and I have no idea where time has flown off to!!?! 😥
These two are strong, confident and hilarious girls. They keep rya, chris and I on our toes!! They have never left eachothers sides literally since the day they were born except for two times. Which they just missed eachtoher and talked about one another the whole time. Haha. 💁‍♀️ Henley (right side) has the biggest imagination and is always in play world. She doesn't forget a THING, she loves to cuddle and is insanely good on a park swing. 🤔 💁🏼‍♀️ Drew is fast, can climb anything, loves to draw and paint and bug her sisters. She can joke with the best of us and is always up to something. Drew is me in a nutshell..but looks like Chris.

Tracked down my first car Charles today!!! I hung

Tracked down my first car Charles today!!! I hung with the current owner Randy who is a true beauty through and through. We hung in his shop.. shared old stories and yes I got to take it for a rip. He rebuilt alot of the insides.. so he sounded better than ever but that same old smell in the interior brought me back to when I was 19. So I'm really working on Randy to sell it back to me. 🤞🏾 in time...in time. Well I walked away with this hat.. next time I hope it's Charles. 😍

My little Rya Graduated Highschool this week!!! Wow it feels like just yesterday I was 21 and expecting this angel. I knew from the day she was born that she was here to change our world!! ❤❤❤ what a role model for the twinkies! @ryapalmer
