Core Challenge | Everyday for 7 days | #FITWEEK
For this weeks #Fitweek Challenge I am motivating you to do 200 reps of core training a day for 7 days!
Everyone always wants to hit up the ab drills in all my classes everyday. So this core challenge is perfect and very quick and efficient to do. So at anytime of the day just get down and do it, you can break it up throughout the day or just get it all done at once. It should only take 4-5 minuets, so BIG DEAL!!
Here’s the challenge:
- 50 Crunches
- 50 Leg raises
- 50 Bicycle Abs
- 50 Supermans
That’s it , 200 reps in under 5 minutes every day for 7 days. Pretty easy and let me tell you that you will feel amazing just by doing this quick challenge, by day 3-4 your abs are loving you and your feeling confident and proud of yourself for doing this 200 rep drill every day. You might even want to continue it after the 7 days are up! Our bodies love to be challenge and our hearts our dying to get their pump on so what’s your excuse for not doing this?
I train my core everyday with multiple drills, keeping things fresh and exciting for my body. Supermans are an amazing exercise and will help prevent back injuries as we age and when your core is strong greatness will execute outwards. This will give your whole body a feeling of strength and confidence. If you play a sport and your not training your core … well your missing out on your full potential. Get serious and take that little bit of time in your day and dedicate it to your core, your centre axises where all 4 limbs are attached. Trust me you will feel the positive effects in no time.
Here’s a few tips on how these 4 drills our done, make sure your form is spot on for every rep, focus on the muscles your using and the results you want in your body!! Bathing suit season is really not that far away!
