Challenge – #FitWeek Everyday for 7 days

 

This week’s #FitWeek Challenge you have to do the 4 exercises 10 reps of each 3 times through.  So that’s 40 reps x 3 equals 120 rep workout, big deal that will take 5 minutes, so add it into your day.  Starts Monday and do it everyday for 7 days.

When I say “Power” squat I mean GET HIGH and GET LOW!!! Your only doing 10 in a row so really push out each one hard!  I love these #FitWeek challenges, I try to add them into my day when I normally would not be exercising, just to break things up a little.
