All of Monday’s classes will kick-off with the Fit-Test! Fit-Test scores (AXFIT GAMES) will be posted to AXFIT.COM so you can monitor your progress and see who is sticking with the competition and who is dropping out. I want to create accountability and motivation, I think making this competition public will help to do just that!

START YOUR MORNING RIGHT! Nothing is worse then starting your day off on the wrong foot, so try out these tips to ensure you have a great morning and a great day.
I also want to mention a few of my own tips for having a good morning. First, get to bed early! Second, get up to an alarm that doesn’t annoy you. Set an alarm on your phone that gives you a peaceful, positive start to your day. Here are few others from Mind Body Green’s article!

Over the next 12 weeks, i’m sure like us, you will have a craving for pizza. Looking at the picture below, you’ll probably have one right away. Do this recipe, it’s super easy and taste amazing. Make sure to use their tip of ringing the cauliflower through a cloth – this makes a HUGE difference. Also, our tip after doing it is to cook the crust more than you think so that it is firm and crunchy. Add whatever toppings you like, we added spinach, onion, pepper, tomato, and used a pesto/tomato pizza sauce.
