Hill workout – Keep things Fresh in your training!

 

Hey guys,

So today’s workout is to inspire you to get out of your box with your training, bring it to a hill  close to your house. Make it a destination on one of your walks or runs and get creative with it, add in some of these drills in my video or make up your own.  You have to change things up with your body, keeping things fresh so you will never plateau.

These drills are super intense and you will feel within minutes, modify any exercise that you may need but really kick up your training level today!
