If you haven’t already done a 5K Run byRunning Flat, then get on it this year! Running Flat is known for giving an amazing race experience, you may know races such as “Le Chocolat”, “Color Run”, “Pelee Island Winery”, and more. Doing short races like this are a great way to step outside your box, set a goal to complete something challenging and get that amazing feeling of accomplishing it.  Windsor-Essex County has such a diverse, cutting-edge health and fitness industry. Let’s all get out there and Enjoy it!

HERE IS A FAVORITE. TACO SALD!

Taco salad is great for outdoor gatherings. The nutrient profile of this recipe is great: protein, complex carbs, healthy fats and fiber make it a complete meal for any fitness goal!

Note: We did not use turkey – you can substitute for beef or chicken or whatever protein you like….Beans, Seafood…be creative. We went with Blue Goose Chicken Breast. Enjoy!
