Core Exercise Routine – #FitWeek Challenge
This week’s #FitWeek Challenge is a Core exercise routine.
- 30 x Tucks
- 30 x 4.Point hops
- 30 x Mt. Climbers
- 30 x Side Plank Hips raises (both sides)
You can do this challenge in under 4 minutes, it will give your core a little boost and help keep you motivated everyday. These Challenges are great to add into your day in the morning or even as a warm up before you hit the weights. You can do them anytime they will help keep your mind in check and your body and muscles guessing.
