#FitWeek Challenge – Hill Workout

 

 

Well the grass is getting greener, the air is getting warmer, it’s that time of year again to kick some ass outside!!  So this week’s #FitWeek Challenge is bringing it outdoors.  We challenge you do hit up 2 HILL WORKOUTS this week.  Big deal you have 7 days to get these 2 HILL WORKOUTS in.  Have fun with it, get creative and push yourself out there,  go to a hill close to your home or work and push out 20 minutes.

Heres some stuff you can do while there:

  • Front sprints
  • side shuffles
  • cross overs
  • back-pedalling
  • power squat jumps up
  • lil squat jumps down
  • burpees up
  • burpees down
  • bear runs up 
  • bear runs down
  • pushups at the top and bottom with sprints in between
  • lunges up
  • skaters up

 

Hill workouts are amazing for your whole body so when your out for a run this week make your way over to one and get busy.  If you have goals set for yourself and you want to reach them you have to work for it baby, so be strong and proud and let’s get this DONE!!!
