BOOTCAMP WORKOUT TRAILER
Workout Description:
This is my moving circuit bootcamp! We start off with our GO-TO Warm-Up, then get into a phase focused on perfect combos to give clients a full body burn! If your looking for an all-around fat burner this is it! There is no better way to start off a workout…my crew was sweating buckets and feeling pumped going into phase 3. In Phase 3 we get into the meat and potatoes of this workout…a 9 STATION MOVING CIRCUIT. In moving circuits there are stations where clients move through a drill to get through as many times as they can. They are exciting, challenging, and different! I put a lot into the layout of each exercise and love structuring phases in a way to get the most results for my clients. If you don’t have all the equipment I used in this circuit you can sub in different equipment where need be. Just make sure when substituting you are adding in a exercise that focus on the same body part. Again…the stations are combo’d in a way to get max results!
I finish the session off with a quick mediation session. I love doing this and clients do to. It’s something different and puts everyone in an amazing mood leaving the workout. If you haven’t done this before, i’m excited for you to try it out!
BOOT CAMP TRAINERS GUIDE INCLUDE:
- BLUEPRINTS: Detailed instructions and step-by-step breakdown of the boot camp workout.
-
SNAPSHOT: A simplified version of the blueprints with a quick overview of workout instructions. The purpose is to provide a quick reference, printable copy, that has space for your own notes.
-
EXERCISE GLOSSARY: It’s funny how we have different names for the same exercises in different parts of the world. To avoid any confusion i’ve included a link to the Glossary of Exercises on the AXFIT youtube channel. Though, I recommend just watching the full uncut video.
-
FULL WORKOUT VIDEO: The full video essentially brings you along with me during every second of the workout. I decided to make this full-workout video to give you a first person experience of being in my AXFIT class and take all the guess work out of understanding and using this workout blueprint.
