BOOT CAMP TRAINING IDEAS: “The Zipper” Workout

Workout Description: For this workout I recommend having clients use light-medium dumbbells in Phase 2 & 3, but if you do not have any dumbbells, no worries this workout will still be killer! This is an advanced workout, modify any moves for beginners or clients with injuries. I love this workout because it’s face paced, creates healthy competition between clients, and adds in weights to build strength and endurance.
