Team Training

Adrenaline Team Training Description

Adrenaline Team training is an essential tool for any team of any sport,  talk about improving sports performance for any athlete!!!  Adrenaline is all about training the core outwards… if your core is strong and fierce then only greatness can be built outwards through the limbs, creating an agile athlete with quick feet, speed and strength.  It’s incredible to see the athletes we work with grow in all aspects of their game.  When your core feels real strong, like the way we train it to feel, you become unstoppable and that just creates a confidence in the game like no other.  On top of all quick feets, start-stop, power & explosion and injury prevention drills we do with the team , they also build a bond from within and with a little healthy competition added to the workouts it makes for a fun atmosphere as well.

Adrenaline is going into its 4th season with The Windsor Spitfires, they have been an amazing team to work with and I appreciate every player that comes out and gives it their all.  The guys seem to enjoy what we do even if at times they want to knock me out in the end they always thank me.  haha  We hit up hill workouts and beach and water too, this gives us lots of variety and keeps things fresh fot the boys.

Adrenaline works with many other hockey teams in the city, some minor boys hockey teams, Leamington Flyers and Wildcats. We also in the past have worked with Running groups, soccer teams and school sports teams.  Adrenaline always offers first session FREE with the team so they can see what its all about and if it’s something they want to add to their off and/or on season training.  If you coach or are a part of a team that is not cross-training please feel free to email us to meet up and see what its about.
