I love Partner Workouts! I mix Partner Workouts into to my classes a few times a month because they are fun, challenging, unique, and push clients to the next level. This Plyometric Circuit is not only give an intense cardio & core workout, but is super fun the whole way through! The entire session is done with a partner so it increases the intensity level as we all have a competitive edge to work harder while working with someone. This workout is done with all body weight exercise so requires no equipment. If you have an odd number in class, no worries, you can make a group of three work together as you will see in the full partner plyometric circuit video.

  • EXERCISE GLOSSARY: It’s funny how we have different names for the same exercises in different parts of the world. To avoid any confusion i’ve included a link to the Glossary of Exercises on the AXFIT youtube channel. Though, I recommend just watching the full uncut video. 

  • FULL WORKOUT VIDEO: The full video essentially brings you along with me during every second of the workout. I decided to make this full-workout video to give you a first person experience of being in my AXFIT class and take all the guess work out of understanding and using this workout blueprint.
