Let’s Get Shredded – Day 6

Today’s a fun day, I usually try not to plan it too much and just go with it. So below is what I did today and most day 6’s are pretty similar, I try to get some power and strength drills in along with core training and cardio.  So have fun with your day 6, go into the aerobics room at your gym or in your yard at home and hit up some wind sprints, suicide drills or power jumps the length of the space you have.

Day 6 should be fun for you, think of some drills during the week and write them down so you remember and hit them up on this day. Even Adding in some heavy bi curls, tri kick backs, chest press or any other drills we already did on other days is great too.  It’s a full body day but make sure to add in some cardio , core and some power movements.

In the video I go over a few ideas for you for your day 6, but get creative and think outside of your box and change things up!  If you don’t belong to a gym thats ok hit up some drills at home or in  your yard. Use the bottom step of your stairwell or the curb outside, there’s lots you can do right in your own home.  Check out my YouTube Channel for lots of ideas.

I’ve had a great week of eating and feel fresh and proud of my self control, I have kept my chocolate under control and drinking lots of water.  How did you eat this week? How are you feeling after training hard all week?

This Squash , sweet potato & apple soup was too die for, I will share the recipe with you ASAP just need to type it up.  It was one of Ck’s favourites I think!!
