Kids Sports & Fitness Camp

Summer Camp 2013

This Kids Camp is going to be so Amazing, we are putting our heart & Soul into it and we want to give these kids something to remember.  Not just the fun times they had but the skills and confidence they will gain too.  We will do Goal Setting and a Fitness Testing on Day 1, then push their limits daily with our training. Teaching them the skill to train themselves with just their own body weight right in their own homes.  These kids will leave this Camp feeling on top of the world and excited about their new “tool box” of training moves they now have.

The flyer below tells you all the information.  We are located at 55 East Pike Creek at ol’ Ted Dudley’s Marina,   We will have snacks and smoothies for them each day along with water to keep them hydrated.   It is very important that the kids have a wholesome breakfast and lunch so they can keep up with the demands of the training.

We have Brady Vail coming out to workout with us,  he is excited to be a part of this Camp and share his skills and knowledge of what it takes to succeed in a sport.  He trains hard and appreciates a killer workout, so he will train with us to make sure no kids are slacking!  😀

  • Towel
  • Training Runners & socks
  • Sunblock & Hat
  • Respect

Please call us if you have any questions at all and then come see us at Urban Surf or online to Register you child for this Sports & Fitness Camp. We have limited space with the SUP boards, only taking 20 kids for this session.
