#FitWeek Challenge – Power lunges & Pushups

Ok so this weeks #FitWeek Challenge is a mix of upper body and lower body. You can pop this one out pretty quick and what a great way to start your day, get up and get it done, everyday this week!!  Watch and feel as the pushups get easier and your body feels tighter!  So many of you are really loving these challenges and I am so happy for all of you that get into it!

So hit these two drills up everyday, only 50 reps!

  • 50 Power Lunges

  • 50 PushUps

 

Let’s set some new goals for the week Adrenaline Junkies!! Write it down and let’s get it done, it’s now mid february so before you know it we will be hauling out those summa clothes!  I don’t know about you but I wanna look fresh in my bikini… so every day counts.
