Xtreme Boot Camp Class
This is where is all began.Its one hour so we don’t stop you just break when you need to. EVERYONE goes at their own pace and pushes just a little harder every class. It’s pretty incredible what 2-3 Adrenaline classes a week can do for you.

Stroller-Fit Class
The babies love it, the husbands love it and most of all, you will love it! You feel so amazing after starting your day with this workout, you leave feeling on top of the world more energy then when you got there and the confidence you gain is incredible.

- We flip tires & sandbags
- Dad’s are always welcome too!!
- You can even bring your toddlers

Adrenaline Unleashed Class
We are on the move at all times through all areas of Windsor-Essex county! We Hit-up every path.. hill..beach we can. Be prepared to jump fences , trees, bushes and ditches. This class is super advanced and we don’t wait-up.

- If you can’t keep up walk back to your car..

Team Training
Adrenaline Team training is an essential tool for any team of any sport, talk about improving sports performance for any athlete!!! Adrenaline is all about training the core outwards… if your core is strong and fierce then only greatness can be built outwards through the limbs, creating an agile athlete with quick feet, speed and strength…

3 HOUR BOOT CAMPS
Adrenaline Bootcamps are a 3 hour action packed event filled with competitions, obstacle courses, team relays and so much fun!! We run these events periodically throughout the summers on a Saturday morning form 8am-11am. These events are an absolute blast and definitely a morning to remember…

Personal Training
No matter what your goal is I can help you reach it and then some. Training can be done in a ‘one on one’ setting, small group’s or even a full team of athlete’s. Prices depend on your location and amount of people being trained.
