Can you keep up with ME?

 

This is one of my favourite ways to workout my core and upper body. I made this video a bit ago but still do this style at the gym 2 x a week. It gives you that definition you want have fun with it add if some weights, a ball whatever. Just think outside the box

You could do this 12 minute workout before or after a good run or even finish with something like this after a heavy lift workout on the weights.  You have to TRAIN YOUR CORE, all our limbs are attached to it, so when your core is strong only greatness can build outwards.  This makes everything you do in the gym, in your sport or just everyday life BETTER!

I challenge some of you to try it, even you BIG TOUGH MEN… follow along and see if you can do every rep I do.  Trust me the way your going to feel after is amazing.. all core, arms, back , chest.  You’ll walk with a little swag for a bit after this one. ha
