Advent Calendar- Dec 22

 

Wow only 3 more days until Christmas and the last 3 days of this Advent Calendar.  What a great month it’s been,  hope you all set some great goals yesterday for the new year ahead!

Today’s workout is 90 seconds of straight pushups, do as many as you can on your feet then drop to your knees.  Get that belly button and nose straight down to the ground each time and really focus on the muscles your using and the results you want.
